Peptide dose notes

Notes about Peptide Tracker & Calculator, a free iPhone app for logging peptide doses and reconstitution maths.

Peptide Tracker & Calculator is a free iPhone app for logging peptide doses and working out reconstitution maths without a spreadsheet.

The part I kept getting wrong was never the schedule, it was the arithmetic: how many units to draw on the syringe for a given dose, once you know the vial strength and how much bacteriostatic water went in. Doing that on paper every time invites mistakes.

What it does:

  • Reconstitution calculator: vial amount plus diluent volume gives you the concentration and the units to draw.
  • A dose log with dates, so you can see what you actually took rather than what you meant to take.
  • Works offline, and the log stays on the phone.

It is free and iPhone only. The site is Peptide Tracker & Calculator if you want a look.

Worth saying plainly: it is a calculator and a logbook, not medical advice. Dosing decisions belong with whoever is prescribing.
